At Sheen Curls by Shey, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully:
1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states. We do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.
4. Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The available shipping methods will depend on your delivery address. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
7. Shipping Issues
If there are any issues with the shipping, such as a delayed or lost package, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue, but Sheen Curls by Shey is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations and logistical constraints, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delivery issues.
